The temperature remains high in summer. While preventing heatstroke and cooling down, please pay attention to the following maintenance matters to ensure the normal use of machine tools in high temperature environments.
- Air conditioner/heat exchanger
a. Keep the air conditioner exterior clean and dry, free of oil and dust.
b. Clean the air conditioner filter regularly to ensure that it is not blocked.
c. Check whether the air conditioner fan is running and whether it has a cooling effect.
d. Clean the water box and return pipe in time, and the accumulated water should not exceed 1/2 of the water box height.
e. If the external temperature exceeds 40 degrees Celsius for a long time, the cooling effect will be reduced. It is recommended to take physical cooling measures.
- Oil cooler
a. Keep the appearance of the oil cooler clean and dry, free of oil and dust, to ensure normal working condition.
b. Remove the filter, confirm that it is not damaged, and clean it regularly. Check whether the heat sink of the oil cooler is blocked, and pay attention to regular inspection and replacement of the filter element.
c. If the external temperature exceeds 40 degrees Celsius for a long time, the cooling effect will be reduced. It is recommended to take physical cooling measures.

- Electrical cabinet
a. Make sure the interior of the electrical cabinet is dry, free of oil and dust, and replace the desiccant regularly.
b. Check and clean the driver battery fan. If there is oil and dust, please disassemble and handle it.
c. Check and clean the system drive fan to ensure that there is no oil and dust.
- Water tank
a. The water tank is free of stains and damage. Clean the water tank filter regularly to keep the water tank unobstructed.
b. Treat the sludge at the bottom of the water tank, ensure the ratio of the cutting fluid, use cutting fluid with good stability, and avoid the deterioration of the cutting fluid.
c. Ensure that there is no foreign matter at the bottom of the water pump to avoid damage to the water pump due to blockage.
